Update 2024/01/29. Last time I went the food went down alot. Extra charges for cesar salad now, which was included before. Restaurant was FREEZING. With the old owners, this was my favourite resto for the past 9 years. Always packed and full of life! New owners doubles the prices and lacked the quality. Place was almost empty on a Friday night! Now it's closed for an undetermined period. Sad to lose such a great place.

Have a good day AQRP we are a group of 56 people we reserved a Thursday lunchtime and we opened only for us we have known the restaurant for a long time and we wanted to make a change and get out of Chateauquay we are very happy to introduce it to our friends . Restaurant Le Vieux Canal is a venue that has undergone changes. In the past, it was a favourite spot, packed and full of life, with quality food and reasonable prices. However, with new ownership, prices have doubled, and quality has suffered. Despite this, the restaurant can still provide excellent service, generous portions, and tasty dishes like souvlaki and chicken brochette.
