“I ordered the Les Grande Luxes smoked meat platter for two for my birthday. Ordered it a week ahead excited to get it only to get it home to be completely disappointed because of the amount of food they gave us one tiny cup of corn, not even filled to the top half a plate of fries and one gravy for two people
i was very disappointed.
even the coleslaw was soggy and enough for one person
it seems they didn’t make enough and they stretched the portions. If I knew I was only going to get this amount of food for the price paid i iwould not have ordered it. They only gave us one chicken leg for two people. How do you split that?
I do have to say for the amount of food they gave us. It was delicious.

i’ve edited this post because they have redeemed themselves after this review and I’ve increased my stars the owner Eric made an effort to correct the issue that had risen and has assured me things are getting better with his business model.
I will leave part of my original review because that’s the experience I felt at the time.
I’ve since re-ordered the same thing better as the first time unfortunately it came exactly the same but in different packaging but I called the owner Eric and he corrected it immediately by driving to my house with additional food. To me that he went above and beyond made me change my review, I recommend the place because he is making an effort to make it a great experience for everyone.
But be sure to get a reservation in the evenings because unfortunately, they were packed and turning away people, but what a great environment in there on a Friday night”

“Been awhile since we have stopped by Cals for a pizza. It was as good as I remembered. Only thing was took 25 minutes for the pizzas to be ready other than that no complaints.”

“What an incredible surprise! My wife and I went to this restaurant with a friend tonight and it was our first time visiting. We were immediately greeted by our waiter who seemed extremely proud of the restaurant and its food. He asked if this was our first visit and when we told him it was, he took some serious time to explain the menu and he promised in no uncertain terms that we were in for a serious food experience. To be honest, I wondered if the food could possibly live up to the descriptions we were getting but I must tell you, every single dish was absolutely outstanding. We started with a Caesar salad and gravlax. When the host says the spices are unique, believe when I say they are not filling around. Absolutely the best Caesar I’ve ever had. Our main courses were equally delightful! The meat, the pasta, and the vegetables were done perfectly and each dish was creative in its execution. The desserts were equally amazing and we all agreed that this is without any hesitation, the best restaurant experience we’ve had in Saint Sauveur (and we’ve had many many great experiences) in as long as we can remember. My only regret is that I did not get to say hello to the chef but my wife did. We will be back very soon and look forward to another amazing experience!”

“My relatives organized a surprise birthday for me in this restaurant. We were 16 adults and 12 children. We were very well received with mini pancakes for the aperitif (appetizer) then the normal meal. Everything was very good, the meal, the atmosphere and the service. The organization before the party with my loved ones also went very well. The team was very dynamic and attentive to find solutions that would suit everyone.
In short, I obviously recommend this place where you feel a bit like home.”
