I donât like their service, very unfriendly and rude. My son is autistic and he is very strict on eating. When he eats ice cream, he likes cone ice cream and put it upside down in a small bowl so that he could start eating from the cone. He has done so in plenty other ice cream shop and nobody ever said anything. Today, when he requested the small cone and the woman rebuke him that he should order the ice cream in bowl next time. My son was frustrated so that he didnât finish his ice cream. Just one extra small bowl, does it cause a loss on your side? Shame on you. We will never come back and we will tell the other parents that this is not a place friendly for the special need kids.

What is the reason of having only 2 staff serve a long queue of people on a Friday night on a hot day??? Saving money? Well thatâs very cheap. I donât have to wait 20 minutes in line to be served in a rush.

It's an ice cream shop. Can't complain. Lots of reviews about bad service but I've been twice so far, service has been good to me and I haven't notice anything bad. I like the style of the place. Reminds me of old Crèmeries in Bowling alleys. I took a small dipped cone both times and it was good. I would say the only downside is the price. 7.25$ for a small dipped cone is a bit steep. But still, I'll come back for sure. They have something like 30+ different dips.

Really excellent soft serve but very expensive for what it is. I got a mini cone dipped in salted caramel and I was pretty shocked to find out it came up to almost $7.00 with taxes.
