Generous portions, fast and fresh. Food was good but sad those egg crepe/pancakes were taken off the menu. Staff was super cool and helpful. Would recommend this location!

The meat was so dry. The rice wasn't properly cooked. The beef was unchewable in some parts. Never again

Not good.
Cold and soggy wrap.
Wrap was not toasted.
Chicken was not hot, was actually cold, and had wierd texture. Definitely not safe. Not worth the risk after last week... some guy had food poisoning here.
Threw it in the trash. Not even for the dog.
I don't want to clean dog vomit all night
Staff need MAPAQ training. Food needs to stay above 56⁰C to minimise risk of bacteria. And event then is is called the danger zone because after 2 hours its enough to kill somebody. Chicken at 26⁰ will kill somebody.
Bacteria double every 15min at room temp. So at 30⁰its even faster.
I SERIOUSLY DOUBT there is any Certified food handler working In this place, let alone atleast one per shift... as per the Law.

This location has really gone downhill. The bowl was badly assembled, the meat was dried out, the rice was raw (!!!), and the coleslaw was all large chunks of cabbage. This place is on my blacklist. I will never go here again.

I ordered a Mixed Shawarma Pita and a Chicken Bowl. I used to really enjoy Boustan, but I was quite disappointed with the hygiene practices during my recent visit.
One of the staff members was preparing my sandwich with bare hands, then touching the till, boxed drinks, and other surfaces—without washing his hands. When I pointed this out to the other employee making my chicken bowl, his reaction made it seem like this was normal practice. He had only one glove on but was still touching everything, including the cash and the payment machine, without changing gloves.
This is very unhygienic and concerning, especially when it comes to handling food. Please consider using fresh gloves for food preparation—100 gloves cost less than $10. It’s a small investment for better hygiene and customer trust.
That said, the food itself was good, as always. I really hope the hygiene standards can improve so I can confidently return in the future.

Quality of food has gone down.... prices are up but the portions are smaller than before. I used to like going here but now it's just not worth it anymore.
