Disappointing to say the least. I don’t like giving negative reviews but I’m hoping this review helps this establishment by making some improvements. The pita bread was not fresh, the garlic sauce was flavourless, the chicken was brown and tasted like it was boiled and the potatoes were cold with absolutely no taste . The only thing that was ok was the coleslaw. It’s a shame because the location is great and it’s nice to have this restaurant in the neighbourhood.

I ordered food at boustane in Verdun Wellington street the rice is hard cold the chicken is raw my dog didn’t even want to eat it and they are very cheap quantity of meat!!! Very disgusting customer service I called to tell them the guy just hanged up the phone on my face and blocked my number so I don’t call back! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT ORDER OR EAT THERE!!!
Boustan is the place for great Lebanese food and this specific restaurant is very good. Food is so tasty and the service is super quick. Also very good delivery service. The restaurant in itself is quite small so maybe not the best to dine in, best options are take out and delivery!

I visited Boustan on the 8th of August, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food was not fresh, and the portions were much smaller than expected. Additionally, the staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service, which made the whole experience unpleasant. I hope that there will be some changes in the future.
