The food was delicious! The vibe is great! The service was friendly! Our chicken burgers were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside (exactly how a great chicken burger should be)! The onion rings on the side were a great touch! Not overly salty or oily, but incredibly crunchy and yummy! I highly recommend this place and will be back!

Would have been 4 stars if they didn't cheat us of a chicken tender. We ordered "la belle famille" and it's supposed to be 4 tenders and 4 fried chicken pieces. Got only 3 tenders
Other than that fries get cold and hard fast which leads me to believe they are frozen. Chicken is crispy, poutine gravy is good.

Hi - We went for the first today to Jack Le Coq restaurant on Wellington street in Verdun. I must say that the chicken was very, very good with large portions. The price was also very reasonable, and it is for sure that I will be returning there soon!! I highly reccommend this restaurant!! Russell

I had a problem with a delivery recently, I made a negative comment, but Alex called me from the restaurant to correct everything and apologize for the mistakes made which led me to remove my negative comment because that I consider that he had made up for the restaurant's blunders very well. He gave us a $50 credit linked to my phone number, telling me that I should call the restaurant and mention that I had a credit and that it could be applied to my next order. To my great surprise, I called today a few minutes ago to place an order, and I was told that it is no longer possible to place orders over the phone now, even if I mentioned that 'Alex confirmed to me that I could get the credit by placing an order over the phone as this is linked to my number. The receptionist did not want to know anything about placing an order or offering me a solution to apply the $50 credit. She told me that I should call back this week to order a meal when Alex is there, because she can't do anything when I want to order my dinner now. Once again, a big disappointment in the customer service of this restaurant.
Very disappointed with the Verdun branch. Orders are systematically incomplete. It is up to the customer to fight to regularize the orders (for which he paid) in the face of a manager of legendary incompetence. Too bad because their food is good.
