Enormous and scrumptious fried chicken sandwiches. I got the Jack Honey and it’s perfect. A little sweet, a little spicy, crispy chicken with a soft brioche bun. Perfect toppings.

100% Quebecois, a bit pricey compared to chains
Not bad but nothing spectacular, the place itself is very cute and the portions are good. However, I had really high expectations for this resto and it was kind of disappointing. The service was INSANELY slow. I mean there were maybe 3-4 people waiting inside, but because they prioritize online orders, it took about 30 minutes to get chicken tenders, a fry and a burger. Imagine how disappointing it was when we discovered that the food that we got and were charged for was not what we actually ordered so we had to go back. They were very nice about it and did fix it, but the whole experience took over an hour. As for the food, it was very average. I found that the chicken lacked flavor and salt and the sauce was below average.

4.55 plus tax for 6 onion rings. Wasn’t impressed. Even asked if they had made a mistake and they say no we didn’t so yeah a little ridiculous on the pricing. Fried chicken is very good

The dinner had a very vintage look to it which was very nostalgic. We got a large poutine and still felt like the portion was a bit small but it was still good. Would recommend the chicken wings with the honey and garlic sauce it was very tasty.

Restaurantji Recommends
I order directly from jaccklecoq.com for my son’s birthday party. However, We only received less than half of the order and when I called the driver and he just said it was not his fault and told me to call DoorDash which I did not use. Then I called the restaurant several times just to be put into a machine to leave a message. Of course having kids over waiting for food. I decided to drive all the way there to be told it was not their fault since the driver just took one bag. I felt they just did not want to take ownership of their mistake. I requested to get reimbursed for the delivery fee and for the tip. I asked to 4 pieces of chicken extra for free and they said no. I wanted to cancel the order. Only then they called the supervisor just to give me 4 pieces of tender extra. I spent 170$ with all the extra charges and ended up driving there and eating a cold order from and hour before. No wonder why I had a stomach ache all night. I hope someone in management or customer service sup from the restaurant reads this and makes sure that doesn’t happen again.

We ordered take out for my son’s birthday and the experience was awful. We ordered delivery through the restaurants website and paid a delivery charge and tip. We got 1/4 of our order and before we realized the delivery guy had left. We tried to call him and he said to call the restaurant. We tried calling the restaurant and nobody answered. My husband had to leave the party to go deal with this. When he got there they refused to give us any discount and gave us the rest of our order, now cold and soggy. The manager and staff said it was the delivery guys fault and did nothing to compensate us. Food was bland, cold and soggy. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Once you tried most you arrive to conclusion that the tenders are the one to go for. Their generous wraps had barely any lettuce in there (if that's what you like, go for it, but price wise it's better to get just tenders in this scenario), we tried burgers but were not big fans. The poutine and wings just not it. But the tenders, classic ones, are to die for, with the spicy mayo. Perfect crunch, good big size, even delivered taste good but you get way more fries in person because their boxes are pretty small and tenders are pretty big, taking all the space in the box

I love the food here, the chicken is always cooked to perfection. Honestly, I’m glad I don’t live nearby, or I’d never be able to resist the constant temptation to come back again and again.
