Ordered here for the first time today, we ordered the #2 special , 2 cheeseburgers, 4 hot dogs, family size fry and 4 sodas. It arrived very quickly, was still piping hot and it was delicious, definitely ordering again .

When you place an order you are not guaranteed to get. When you call to politely ask when your order will arrive you are met by total disinterest, no explanation nor offer to retake the order even when it was obvious that it was an error on their part. Won’t be ordering from here again, I mean there are many other more professional greasy spoon restaurants with good food in Montreal

Placed an order online, received an email saying the order was confirmed, waited an hour with no delivery arriving but an email that pushed the delivery later than the original estimation. Called and was told that my number wasn’t there that they never got it even though the guy was able to name the order number before and after mine. No I’m sorry, no offer to take the order. Personally I won’t be ordering from this joint again.

The food is always great the owner is just awesome always so kind polite and helping the community lots of options for food and drinks

Update as of March, 2025: Smoke meat poutine was absolute ABOMINATION, wish I took a photo to put THAT here instead!!! Fries, sauce, I let it slip... But there was no meat like at all! That aint gonna fly. And still! Whatever I could find was not smoked meat at all. To Antonella (if I remember correctly the boss lady name): please, ma'am do sth about it, cause your workers will let your place go downhill which none of us wants.
