Order took over 2 hours to arrive! And when I called them, they just said “We’re waiting for the delivery guy”! I’m using the SMS notifications and they never bothered telling me about the delay! Never ordering from them again!

As you walk in you smell garbage. Very very dirty place. The floor is dirty, the worker that handles the food not wearing gloves. Eat at your own risk.

We ordered uber eats, it took over 2 hours for the order to be ready for pick up. That will be almost 3 hours for the food to arrive. This is absolutely unacceptable! The restaurant does not deserve a tip! And any future business is highly in doubt! The kids have been starving for 3 hours!

We tried many sushi restaurant in the area and this one is the best. The sushis are fresh, the soups are tasty and the staff is always nice. You would be a fool not to order from here!

The only downside is that delivery can be sometime a tad long. Just make sure to order in advance.

We placed an order for delivery and after 1.5 hours I called to see if we might be able to pick up. I was told very rudely that they had not started our order yet and that it would still be a long wait. When I asked if I could cancel he said yes and then charged me for the full order anyway! Not impressed and will definitely not order from here again.

This was our first order for sushis and we were frankly disappointed. The presentation was ok, but the sushis were not really tasty, no « personality » and the rice was too sticky.
My guests and I gave them a rating of 5/10.

Ok, sigh…. I have ordered here a couple of times. Granted not the best.. nor worse I have eaten. BUT, oooooooo . This time placed an order for over 45$ before taxes and they give free Dragon Eyes. As before no issues. This time, EVEN with it marked clearly on the extra info page… they sent the box marked free. But no Dragon eyes.
Called and girl only spoke French… ok I am bilingual so switched to French ..only to have this Gen Y go quoi.. quoi.. …lord gezzuzeee..
Get someone who can understand and take and read orders. Frack.
So 1 extra hour for them to deliver the items…
Delivery guy very nice and apologized for it.
Food… 7/10 not the freshest.
Sigh…. When you have to work 4 hrs to order out and get this! Seriously this system is broken.

Never been so grossed out. Never had a problem before but today was beyond me. Started to eat our food when my son started to cough and spat out his piece of sushi. A chunk of GLASS came out and little shards along with it.
My husband called to tell the restaurant, and they said what do you want me to do about it?!
Check your food before eating!! Someone can be seriously injured here!
