Would give a 1 start but no local employer deserves that. The food was very bland, and lost all touch with the local farm to table roots. Ice cream was watery and flavourless. Poutine had little gravy and cheese wasn’t even melted. Everything was just sterile.
Honestly, Victoria cheese shop is an absolute Quebec classic. Although some English-speaking tourists seem to have difficulty appreciating the country's delicacies, it is one of the best places for poutine and dairy products in the country. Excellent as always!
