Today my order was delivered incomplete. I thought it was strange, but because of the weather I left quickly and got home and the order wasn't complete. It's wrong that they use these tactics to avoid delivering complete orders, especially without saying anything if they didn't have the product available.

I am absolutely disgusted by the experience I just had with your restaurant. I ordered fries and found a hair right in the middle of my food completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and beyond unprofessional. This is not just a minor mistake, it’s a total failure in basic hygiene and food safety. It makes me question how careless and dirty your kitchen must be if something this revolting could happen. I will never be returning, and I will make sure others know just how filthy and careless this place is. Employees are also very aggressive and rude very unpleasant to my experience. Also took an extended period of time and wait to receive my order of a basic fries and burger. DO BETTER

On 26th July around 8:10pm I entered the Mc donald Sherbrooke I’m loving it 🥰 more & more .
I was thrilled by the service the person at the counter gave me He not only guided me to update my Mc donald app(USA ro Canada ) but also gave me the icecream cone on the price on the App although my App did not work at that moment It was not the matter of paying more it was the courtesy that was shown to someone who loves the Mc🍦💕🍦 💕
Place was pretty clean The food was ok. I got a chicken jr and the chicken felt a bit old but not to the point where its bad I asked if I could get a refill if I finished my drink since there is no fountain. They have to give it to us and the guy just said no. No refills. Why? No idea. Most of the McDonald's have the self service fountain to get refills but not this one so that's why I asked. Why do I need to get another drink in this McDonald's?

So filthy inside my God, it was sticky the floor some1 must have dropped their drink who knows how long ago, the garbages were full of flies, the bathroom is filthy, the food gives you cramps in your stomach, AVOID this place
