I like this place, but the WASHROOM IS NOT OPEN TO CUSTOMERS... and that is seriously not okay. When I come to sit and eat and drink food I am purchasing here, I don't think I should be expected to walk to the bathroom in Westmount Park. I do not want to give a non-recommendation review as it's been a rough time for businesses and the food and drinks at Mouton Noir are good - but if the bathroom policy remains in place, I don't see myself becoming a regular.
