“I found this place due to the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. I had the minestrone soup and chicken wrap and I have to say it was much better than any other I’ve ever had.. fresh and delicious! Nouri’s son was working and he was very friendly and kind! I would definitely come back!“

“Mazzeh Restaurant in Montreal is a true gem for Persian cuisine lovers. I recently had the Beryani, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and authentic, with perfectly tender meat, and a delightful blend of spices. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. If you're craving Persian food in Montreal, Mazzeh is undoubtedly the place to go. Highly recommend!“

“beautiful place, they let me and my grandpa in before they were officially open (it was raining). We sat and talked before we ordered.
the chicken kabob is delicious, served with rice and many more
I didn’t really enjoy the entry soup but I think it’s because i’m not used to that type of spices, but if you enjoy Iranian soup, you should definitely try it
very kind staff“

“The restaurant is Persian, it is small, but cozy and very beautiful. You can see some pictures from Iranian culture. The food is excellent! I will visit this store again and again and again. I love the koobide and barge kabab from this store.. they are very delicious and very great representative of Persian food. Unlike other Persian restaurants, the price is very reasonable considering the food quality and quantity. The food served with salad or soup, some herbs, onions, Persian tahdig, grilled tomatos. The soup is mostly Aash reshte, that is very delicious. I also love the salad and the sauce. The food is very fresh. And like a big meal that you can eat the leftover later( even the leftover is very delicious after a day). I forgot to take a photo of the soup and salad as they were so delicious and we had. Also on the service, they serve Persian tea that is perfect, OMG! I love this store and visit again and again. Thank you for the lovely food!koobideh kabab is even cheaper only for $17.
Vegetarian options: There are some veg. Options like mirza ghasemi..
Dietary restrictions: You can inform me them in advance, there are done dishes gluten free( lamb chops, barge, etc). Food is not too salty or spicy;very moderate taste
Parking: Depends on which day you visit and the hour, you can use parking in the street besides the store. On Sunday this parking if it was available is free
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love this place as the food is delicious and hrslthy
Wheelchair accessibility: No, there are some stairs to enter the store. But if you go on summer you can sit outside as the restaurant owner put some chairs and tables in the pedestrian part.“

“Last night, for the umpteenth time, we visited this restaurant, this time with some new friends, to surprise my spouse for their birthday. As always, the amazing, friendly, and professional owners gave us a warm welcome, and the kind and energetic staff did the same.
The incredible appetizer platter was, as usual, fresh and delicious, followed by Iranian dishes that were cooked and served with the same quality and flavor, taking us back to the joyful moments of gatherings and family parties in Iran.
All our friends praised the quality of the food, saying it was as fresh and flavorful as the dishes in Iran.
A big thank you to the entire team! I highly recommend this restaurant.
Also, the prices are very reasonable and excellent considering the quality.“

“I love this place! This is just the type of restaurant I had been looking for in Montreal: beautiful simple space, quiet (no loud music and tables not too close) in a way conducive to conversation, with tasty and healthy food and lovely presentation. And the tea pots and small cups on these individual trays are a pleasure. I had the koukou with a perfectly seasoned side salad, and my party had the feta omelette. We had a delightful time. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality and surroundings. I have already told my friends about this restaurant and will be back. Thank you!“

“There are many things to appreciate about this bistro, others we were not super excited about. I would probably try it again if I lived in the area, but will not do a detour for it.
What we liked: the nice, young lady who served us, the coziness of the place, the lentil soup and the lamb shank, the BYOB formula.
What was OK: the eggplant pasta, the side veggies that seem a bit of an afterthought. A bit expensive but that is usually the case in BYOB restaurants as they need to make a good profit on the food itself.
What could be improved: salad included in the meal is tiny and very generic; we had to go to the kitchen at the end to find the wait staff and ask for the bill; open kitchen very close to the dining area with a lot of noise and smells; a few words in French (Bonjour, Merci) would go a long way to make Québécois of all backgrounds feel welcome.“
