Worst Starbucks ever. I have finally given up on this location after multiple bad experiences in service from multiple employees at this location. They are rude, obviously frustrated by their job,and to top it off they chat around instead of serving when lines are filling up. Bad employees with constant rotation. Horrible wait times.

I’ve been to Starbucks so many times. I love it there. They helped me set up an account, and so many of the workers are so kind. But the 3 stars are for what I experienced yesterday. I stopped at Starbucks, around 9:40-9:50. Everyday it closes at 10:30. The lights were off and I asked the worker why it was closed. The answer was “I’m a human being. I got here at 12 instead of 2, so I can close early.” I don’t find that this is much of an excuse. I walked around 30 minutes for disappointment. This experience and employee was really disappointing but I really like this Starbucks.

We’ve been waiting for 25 min. Firstly, really terrible to take 1000 orders when you are only two people working. And after 25 min your cappuccino doesn’t have a teste of espresso , only milk….

I just had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. When I placed my order, the barista making my drink loudly commented that they “hate making” the very drink I ordered. Not only was that unprofessional, but it also made me feel unwelcome as a customer. On top of that, the drink was handed to me with attitude, as if I was inconveniencing them simply by ordering.

If you dislike your job or certain drinks, that’s something to take up with management—not the customers who are paying for service. I come to Starbucks for consistency and a welcoming environment, and this experience was the complete opposite.

this place is really spacious with numerous seats to work on, they also blast nostalgic 90s music too!!

the service is really nice and they usually draw on flowers on the cups (sometimes smiles) as a part of their new policy which always ends up adorable!!

this is one of the best starbucks locations in the MTL area, everything is amazing here. i will revisit (possibly for another mango dragonfruit refresher...)

Before this was Starbucks, this location used to be our home Second Cup, I had been going since I was 16, and it was our home base because I raised my kids in the area and I was friendly with the manager and staff for years. So we were hesitant when it closed and the Starbucks moved here. But the manager is lovely, hard-working and down to earth and the baristas do her justice. If there is any issue beyond their control, they go over and above to fix it.

Such a great experience at Starbucks today! The baristas were so kind and went above and beyond when there was a small mistake with my order. They remade my drink and even let me keep the original one. The coffee was delicious, and the little flowers they drew on top were a beautiful touch. I'm very grateful and will definitely be returning! ❤️

Love the staff and service.
Steve(one of the staff) was walking around and saw our cookie that we have bought was melted and he asked us to replace it if we want. Amazing customer suport. That shows customer is more important than 2 dollors for the staff.

Might be the slowest starbucks in all Montréal, dont go if you're in a rush. Takes about 10 minutes each time if not more to get your order.. get more employees
