My birthday is on St Patty's day and we traditionally all get other at Aidan's for a celebration. We did have a party of 20 so understandably a lot of food to prepare but some of us had finished our food before others hadn't even been served. Our waitress was wonderful but completed overwhelmed with serving too many tables to give the service expected when dining out. Unfortunately don't think we will return. Food was not as it used to be ?, but atmosphere is great!Lots of happy locals out to enjoy St Patty's Day.

Authentic pub environment and amazing setting. Fish sandwich was pretty good .. however wife ordered Caesar salad and lettuce was NOT FRESH appearing at least a week old and wilted. Maybe just stick with draft beers?

Good pub atmosphere. There is a nice mixture of food from wings to bangers and mash. It was a raw, chilly day and sitting by the fireplace was perfect. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. She kept good track of us, without hovering. Our party had bangers and mash, a bacon cheeseburger, beer batter shrimp, and a fish reuban. We all enjoyed. Definitely a return.

Seated right away on a Sunday in January for lunch. Appeared well staffed. 4 of is placed lunch order and waited 45 minutes for pub food. All said the food wasn’t hot so must have been sitting. Complaints from all: calamari was awful, Reuben was thin and sauce was different than expected for a Reuben, meatball sub special ordered by 2 both said was dry without marinara as advertised. French fries were not fresh, time to change the oil. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend for more than drinks.

The wait for the food was about an hour. We order sandwiches, the calamari was cold and chewy, the meatball sub special with marinara sauce had about a teaspoon of sauce on it, the bread was dry and barely any sauce and meatballs were room temp. The Ruben sandwich was horrible too much sauce chunky sliced corned beef, Bread soggy.My husband had baked fish that may have taken the longest time to cook however when it arrived in its baking dish the dish was cold and food was cold. Usually when getting baked fish we are told “be careful the plate is hot”. Nope it wasn’t even warm.The reason we went there was we had a 100$ gift certificate to go. We used it and will never return.

The service is good I won’t lie, but the food and the drinks aren’t. I ordered a BLT and the bacon was completely fatty, there was about two pieces that were cooked. The rest was literally light pink and covered in fat. The drinks are okay, not terrible but the soda doesn’t taste like soda, but that’s if you don’t find dirt in your cup. The prices for the size of the chicken pot pie is not ideal. It looked like a literal kids meal. Inside of restaurant is clean though and looks nice.

the bacon on my cousins BLT was absolutely RAW!!! it was wll pink, fatty, and somewhat cold. although the service is good, they need a new chef. even my mothers food was small, and looked like a kids meal. and not to mention the drinks? there was DIRT particles in our drinks and it tasted like juice. my meal, itself wasnt all that bad. but it still wasnt ideal. and the temperature in the building as absolutely freezing. i am honest not satisfied with my time here and i would not recommend coming.

Arrived at 3:30 pm and at 5::00 pm we still didn't have our food. The tables surrounding us were waiting just as long. They were out of the basics like chips for appetizers etc. The couple next to us received an ice cold bowl of chowder. Our beer was completely flat. We finally just left when we were told, an hour and a half after ordering, they were out of mashed potatoes for the meatloaf. We felt badly for the servers as it most definitely wasn't their fault. The management and chef should be embarrassed.

One nice fellow served me a drink at the bar, then the other guy rudely hurried me out as he decided to close up 20 minutes early. It pains me to leave this mediocre review, because I've been here many times and always enjoyed it before this. One other thing that bothers me is that they no longer serve cask ale, the main reason I would make the 30-minute trip to visit them.

Excellent food and great beer selection. Keep the authentic Irish beer imports, like Dublin City, coming. The bangers and mash is the best I've ever had. The sausage isn't just some bratwurst, it is slightly crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. Service was very good as well.
