Nestled amoung the more pretentious eateries in Bristol this place seemed to be the place for locals to eat on a Friday night. Location is great, just up from the harbor and along a street full of shops and bars. Pizza was as good as I have ever had. Great crust and generous, delicious toppings. This is a must visit place.

This place is unfair, it's a place that makes me want to go back and change my previous reviews on food places.I recently moved from Coventry/West Warwick and wanted a cheap good pizza place to try and honestly, the name alone I felt this should be first, it felt cocky in a way where it was either going to be a total flop of a once good place or deserving of the title.I got a pepperoni pizza and a buffalo chicken calzone and just the sight of the two alone I knew I was in for a treat, the calzone was both crunchy while puffy and light inside and the buffalo sauce was so much more then just butter and franks, and they load it to, for its price it's a big tasty filling calzone.And the pizza was famominal, it's this sorta styled where the sauce and cheese and the oil is so perfect for each other it becomes a solid fusion of just love, something I haven't had from anywhere in recent. And it was cheap and fast to!Easily 10-20$ cheaper then other places from West Warwick and Coventry which I did not expect!And they got here 30 minutes earlier then the time estimate, I actually missed the delivery guys phone call thinking it was spam. If he sees this I am sorry.Next time I see him delivering I'll make sure to add a few extra to the tip. Place is amazing

I’ve gotten food here ~15x and always held off on reviewing because my experiences were so inconsistent. Besides the fries- which have been delicious every time. I’m reviewing now because on the last 4/5 pizzas I ordered, I paid for extra cheese— which the pizza did NOT have.Very important to me to support local business, which I know often hire teens for what may be their first job. Missing something once or twice isn’t a big deal & losing a few bucks is worth it to me to keep local business owners around- especially if the food is good & there’s at least a decent showing of ingredients.However, the pizzas here have gotten continually less tasty and have come with less & less the amount of even basic toppings. I know we’re all feeling the squeeze &, as I said, I don’t mind paying more or paying extra if it keeps my neighbors in business..but as a student and good faith customer, if I’m gonna do that- I expect to get what I paid for AT LEAST most of the time.Last time I got a pizza, I paid for extra cheese but the pie didn’t even have the regular amount— 1/4 of the pizza was essentially naked.That’s the last time I’ll be ordering a pie from BHoP. There are plenty of places in Bristol I can overpay for mediocre food— and they’re easier to park at/get to!
