We are so thrilled to have discovered the gem that is Le Central. We have lived in France for a total of 8 years between us and have often lamented that French restaurants in the US rely on reputation and overcharge for nothing special. It was one of the most relaxed dining experiences ever. The tables are about two feet away from each other-we all had room. We didn't have to hear other people talk. Our servers didn't have to play Tetris. It was July 3rd and the place was relaxed. Everyone was smiling.
