This was our first time here and we were very happy with the food and service. We will definitely be back.

Le Central is a hidden gem in Bristol, providing a great dining experience. The French Onion Soup is a must-try, while the Coq au Vin and Lobster Bisque are highly recommended. Diners can enjoy delicious options like Moroccan chicken and steak frites, along with homemade bread and butter that are amazing. The maple walnut ice cream is a sweet treat that guests often appreciate. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a quiet and conversational atmosphere. Although the drinks, especially the French wines, can be a bit pricey, the quality of the food is top-notch. The restaurant continues to receive positive reviews, and guests recommend visiting this understated gem for a memorable dining experience.
The restaurant has a well-curated menu with something for all tastes, and the wine list offers great choices with helpful descriptions. The staff is always friendly and helpful in pairing wines with dinner options. Guests have praised the outstanding food, including the delicious duck liver mousse appetizer and the Coq au Vin, although some have found the salt pork slightly heavy.
