“Delicious food and exceptional service“

“Our kind of place! Old fashioned, great food and service. Would you believe I tipped the Owner Loreen also?! She did not want to take my tip, but I said "It's tradition in honor of my Mother and Grand-mother who spent their entire adult years in the restaurant industry!"“

“First time and breakfast was good, however, we waited over 30 minutes for food. To go and door dash orders really slow down the in person diners orders.“

“My husband and I arrived at the restaurant at 2:45 pm not realizing they closed at 3, so we turned around to walk back to the car to find another place to eat. Ari the owner came out and told us to come in and we could sit and eat anyway. He was so accommodating as was the entire staff. The food was phenomenal and living almost an hour and a half away we decided this is one place we will definitely go out of our way to visit again!“

“FamLee is one of the best around!! We go there for breakfast all the time and we recently had my son’s baptism catered by them!! The food was excellent everyone was asking where we got the food, very reasonably priced and great portions!! They even delivered and set up for us!! Great family owned business everyone is very friendly and you can just tell they love what they do! If you’re looking for your party to be catered or a nice place to eat this is your place!!“

“Since I'm on keto right now my options were pretty much limited to an omelette with a side of bacon. Cacoula omelette was fantastic! Can't wait to go there when I can sample a little more.

“This is an old school diner, very clean, food was great, prices are very reasonable. Great waitress, she was very personable. You can tell they get a lot of local regulars by her calling them by their first name. We had breakfast, pancakes were delicious along with everything else. We would definitely come back, and I highly recommend it.“

“This is one of those type of diners that you imagine when you think about having breakfast at a restaurant.
From the moment we entered the door,the energy was welcoming and the atmosphere of the diner is relaxed. A woman named Jackie ( who also ended up being our sever ) seated us and took our order . The food arrived really fast, it was hot, fresh and the coffee is yummy.
If you’re reading the review trying to decide on whether to go have breakfast here. You won’t be disappointed…. Enjoy and thank me later“
