My tree hugging girlfriend dragged me to Folklore. I was expecting another heathy place with bland food with no flavor. I got the Piri Piri sandwich, made with chicken thighs. It was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had! The Portuguese roll was so fresh and the sauce is out of this world. Thank you tree huggers and especially thank you chef Dunn!

Great food, beautiful place. Had a special salad of the day, the piri piri chicken and my husband had the tuna sandwich. We each had an iced tea. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Follow-up visit to Folklore Provisions. Finally got to try the bacon quiche. Doesn't look great, but it did taste great. Really like the pie crust they use. Wish they did mini quiches in a small dish. Would be so much more presentable. Previously went with the Portuguese egg sandwich. Comes on a bolo. Layered with a crunchy hashbrown and linguica patty. It was good, but was hoping for a little more. I like cheddar cheese, but sao jorge cheese would kick it up a notch. Could use a sauce as well. Will be back for the quiche again.

Piri Piri Chicken Sandwich was tasty and well seasoned. I don't usually go for chicken thighs but it was good. About 15 bucks for the sandwich and a side of fries or greens. Yum!

Instead of paying $22 for half a sandwich at the other place, get the best bacon you’ve had here and best bang for your buck. Their matcha latte is peak
