i’ll start off with it was a beautiful moist, delicious cake!! it was my 20th birthday yesterday and my mom and I placed the order for the cake the day before yesterday and he was able to get make it for us which was so amazing!! he was so genuine and friendly!! Now when we were giving him the spelling of my name, we’re were trying our best to make it clear my name is spelt with 2 Ns and he had even made a note, but sadly it was still with the one N… i was very upset at first because i had waited to see it until i got home to see that for my 20th, but i of course got over it loll!! With the cake it’s self again, very good yellow cake, i’m not a huge frosting person but that was really good, Their was a cookie crumb on the sides was sooo good! but not nearly enough custard in the middle… all together I’d definitely go back for some goodies!! and definitelyyyy go back for their homemade candlesss and room sprays!! they smell so good!!

I went in yesterday for a piece of cake. I hadn’t gone in some time and happened to be downtown. After ordering, the male behind the counter asked if I had voted yet. I said no, not yet. He then asked who I was voting for, I looked at him and said I’d rather not say. He kept persisting and I told him. Apparently it wasn’t what he wanted to hear and proceeded to go on and on AND ON with his opinions of the candidate. Every time I tried to speak, he would interrupt me to keep talking. The phone rang and then I left. This was extremely unprofessional. I went in there for a piece of cake and to support a business and wound up listening to someone’s brainwashed political views.

Went into this bakery today by chance to see if they had a small ready made cake available to take to a friend. I spoke with Paul and ended up ordering some same day cupcakes. When I picked them up and opened the box I thought I had died and gone to cupcake heaven. Outstanding! My friend and her husband were amazed by these beautiful cupcakes. They were as delicious as they were beautiful. Thank you Paul!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! Don't bother reaching out to them online or email. They do not respond nor do they check their email. I sent an email inquiry 2 days before my wife's birthday and called asking for someone to reach out to me. I spoke to one man on the phone to follow-up on my email and was told he couldn't help me, instead I had to talk to the other employee. I asked to speak with this other employee and was told no, but to re-send my email. Not once did anyone call or email me back before the date we needed the cake. Their customer service needs work.

I ordered the flower bouquet cupcakes. In lemon and chocolate. They were beautiful, but I only got to try the chocolate, and it lacked the deep, rich chocolate flavor I crave. The frosting was perfect and not overly grainy or sugary.

He understood our overall vision and delivered a stunning and delicious cake with cupcakes! People went back for seconds and asked where the cake came from! My 3-tier wedding cake came out exactly how I had asked for it. I wanted simple and elegant with no flowers and this is precisely what I received. The delivery was on time too during a holiday weekend! The taste was outstanding and I received so many compliments on it. I ended up saving the top tier for our anniversary and only came home with a couple extra pieces to eat. Everything was great! My only thought was that I wish a box had been left behind to bring at least the top tier home. We had to scramble to find something to wrap it up in.

Beautiful red velvet naked cake with the flowers we chose. On top of that, Paul also was able to make a glutten free cupcake version of the cake for our guests who were glutten intolerant.

What an amazing job Paul and staff did on my son's Birthday cake. I wanted a pretty particular design and they nailed it. Very accommodating, very friendly, and the cake was delicious! So many compliments on this cake and best of all, my son loved it so much. Thanks for a Birthday we will never forget!
