My 3-tier wedding cake came out exactly how I had asked for it. I wanted simple and elegant with no flowers and this is precisely what I received. The delivery was on time too during a holiday weekend! The taste was outstanding and I received so many compliments on it. I ended up saving the top tier for our anniversary and only came home with a couple extra pieces to eat. Everything was great! My only thought was that I wish a box had been left behind to bring at least the top tier home. We had to scramble to find something to wrap it up in.

I ordered the flower bouquet cupcakes. In lemon and chocilate. They were beautiful, but I only got to try the chocolate, and it lacked the deep, rich chocolate flavor I crave. The frosting was perfect and not overly grainy or sugary.

I am not one to write reviews, especially for a small business (bad review), however, after I found out it was the owner that had terrible communication. I could not hold back. I ordered a special cake on Wednesday September 20 for a pick-up on Friday, September 29 (10 days in advance). I ordered in person with Tony, very mellow, soft spoken gentleman. I ordered a heart shaped cake for my daughter's 13th birthday (her request). I showed a picture of the cake and paid the $55.00. Tony stated for myself to send an email to Paul with full details. I did that within an hour from ordering. On Thursday, the 21st. I sent another email to Paul requesting to add strawberries in the center of the cake. He then replied, Sorry that cake is already completed. I was stated how could that be as the cake is being picked up next Friday. He responded, that he got confused and to call the bakery. The next, morning (my fault) I forgot call the bakery. On Wednesday, I called the bakery and left a voice message with that request. On Thursday, the day before I pick up the cake, I get a missed call from Paul. I then return the call within the hour. Now this is were it gets bad. Paul, rudely states that the cake is all done, he had no picture of what the cake is supposed to look like (I showed Tony he wrote the details and I sent an email too). Paul stated, "no picture was sent". I was like well you had 10 days to review this order, if you had questions about it why did you not call or email me earlier. Then he proceeds to tell me, you're going to love me cake, it is what it is and I should have charged you more money than what you paid for what I made you. I could not believe what he was saying to a paying customer. To make matters worse, the cake was horrible. It was super dry, with strawberry jelly. There was not even fresh strawberries anywhere in the cake. I would not recommend this bakery, between the lack of communication, the terrible customer service, and the taste of the cake, I give this place a 1 star. My hope is that the owner takes this review seriously and make some needed changes.

Thank you Cake Gallery for making a delicious lemon raspberry birthday cake for my mother's 90th birthday party for 60 guests. The cake was moist, the texture and sweetness was on point. The flower arrangement and the sparkle on the frosting made it very special. For gluten sensitive folks we ordered some cupcakes which received rave reviews. Lastly, I appreciate that I called rather late with the order and you were able to accommodate us. Several guests asked me where I ordered the cake as it was so yummy. I highly recommend Cake Gallery for any of your special occasions.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! my daughter's cake is nothing like I ordered we spent $70 for a colored cake to get a black and white cake with deformed characters.. I never write reviews but I find this disgusting!

Beautiful red velvet naked cake with the flowers we chose. On top of that, Paul also was able to make a glutten free cupcake version of the cake for our guests who were glutten intolerant.

He was highly recommended by a family friend. My husband and I did the cake tasting and fell in love! We knew immediately. Paul is super busy so it was tough to connect at times but we finally and did and I will tell you, you will not be disappointed with hiring him to be your baker! Cake was sweet but not too sweet, moist and the frosting was amazing!

Oh my gosh, we had the most delightful chocolate/raspberry buttercream cake yesterday for a birthday party and even though we all had a slice for desert, everyone took home a huge piece and found out through texting back and forth that everyone had it for breakfast this morning….. and that is how scrumptious that cake tasted. My son is going to school at RWU and this being his first birthday away from family, I didn't want him to go without a birthday cake. I ordered 6 custom cupcakes, in 2 flavors and had them delivered. They did a great job, delivered the cupcakes as planned. My son was so surprised and said both flavors were delicious! I truly appreciated the personal attention I was given and for their effort towards making my son's birthday a good one.
