“Simply horrendous!! The appetizers tasted old, Dinner was cold, BLAH!! Asked the bar for cranberry juice and got Hawaiian Punch!! Took over 3 hours for all of the courses to be served. Finally, the coffee was brought out! Yes, you guessed it—COLD AND OLD!! We never got dessert. Told waitress my husband didn’t feel well and I asked her if we could get a couple of pastries to go, she refused! Paid $40 X 2!! An awful lot of money for high priced garbage and service that took well over 3 hours to complete!!“

“I recently had my baby shower at The Cafe and could not recommend them enough for any shower, meeting or event needs. First, Mike was a pleasure to work with. The communication was always constant and thorough. He was extremely helpful in the planning process. The place looked amazing on the day of the shower and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Frank and Kim were the staff members on during my shower and they were amazing. I wish I had another need to use them for but will definitely use them again when the opportunity presents itself! The food was delicious and everyone at my shower could not stop raving about it. David also created amazing dining options for the vegetarians in our group, and they were just as flavorful and thoughtfully crafted as the rest of the menu. “7/19/25 was our wedding day. We had approximately 8-weeks to plan. We had a back yard wedding so we chose to have buffet style meal. The planner I dealt with made it so easy, I knew what I wanted,changed it up a few times. She was super accommodating.The food and the staff was AMAZING. The 2 gentlemen who we had ( I thought we just to serve our food) did more than that. They served coffee and cake that I brought myself, cleaned up guest tables, none of which was on my contract. They took care of us and we definitely took care of them. 10 out of 10 for sure. Thank you“

“I recently gave my son a catered event for his 40th birthday. We had 15 family members that could make it. He chose a week when he was renting a beach house at Bonnet Shores and decided to have the birthday meal there.. I reached out to O'Shucks catering with those details to confirm a date. Sean, the manager, emailed me asking for a time to for a call to walk me through how the ordering process worked.
He called promptly, and followed up when I told him of the items and quantities I thought would work from their menu. He advised me to reduce the amounts of a few items as I was ordering too much for our group.
The menu and Sean's help made everything work flawlessly.
We had the party last night and the comments from everyone were so positive that I wanted to write this review this morning.
The raw oyster and shrimp cocktail presentation made an impression on all and were delicious. Shrimp were firm and delicious and the Rhode Island and Maine oysters both were great as were the steak tenderloin, swordfish, stuffies, stuffed mushrooms and clam chowder. We added some veggies, Mac and cheese (for the kids) and a salad. We each had our favorite item and there was enough for seconds.
By the way the delivery was by Sean (don't know if this is always the case) and was on time. What a bonus!!
I highly recommend O'Shucks for any event where seafood is featured. they met every expectation we had and more.“

They also offer ice cream cakes and have an actual ice cream truck (which I didn't know). You definitely can't go wrong with ice cream!“
