“Never been, been recommended decades to go.

Had visitors, decided to go. Really really love the atmosphere. I personally love how they have couches/lounges all over the facility (most entertainment centers don't have areas to sit perse unless in a restaurant or eating area).

Note: the people were super friendly and flexible, although we did go in a non crowded time, not sure how it will be when it gets super crowded.

I also love the combo sale they had, want to use it next time for when my nieces and nephews come. I wish I would have took pictures upstairs in the XD area, so worth it. It was a unique setup, thought it was like a trampoline park more like a indoor trampoline/adventure park blend with some super sized items. I like the fact that it had fluorescent lighting, so much shirt started glowing super green.

One of the few trampoline parks that also have a bowling alley, which was a nice touch. We did that and had alot of fun, and super cheap for the aesthetics, especially when you combine it with other activities.

“Always a great time here. Food and drink is always pretty good, atmosphere is lively and it's an overall fun time. Only downfall is that once they introduced mobile ordering the hosts stopped checking in on your bay as often. Platinum membership is 100% worth it if you're coming multiple times a month

Update: had one bad experience, server named Alexis was terrible. He checked in on our bay once in 6 hours. If i used the app to order drinks it took a half hour and was brought by someone else. Alexis sat at the bar inside watching world cup and playing on his phone. I saw the guy covering his lunch more than I saw him.“
