I ordered the chipotle chicken bacon sandwich and it was not edible. The chicken was very dry and the bacon was black, couldn’t even bite into it. Wouldn’t recommend.

We chose to eat at B.Good due to their allergen menu as well as the staffs willingness to help direct my son to safe options. His food allergies do not allow us to eat out often or at many places. They changed their gloves as well. So excited to eat the burgers and fries. All were delicious. He was even able to get a milkshake! Staff were kind, food was great and was made in no time. So happy to have taken this detour to try them out before heading back to CT! I am not sure the staff realized just how much they made a 9 year olds day!!

Such a great menu but such poor execution. I got the seasonal watermelon feta salad which was supposed to be on a bed of marinated kale. What I got was a bowl chock-full of dry kale chunks with a rotten avocado scooped out on top. I threw the whole thing away. Waste of $11.

7/8/22 my husband and I made a trip here today for some hamburgers. He had the plant based burger and I had the regular one. Employees were nice . Place was clean . Our hamburgers were excellent . Easy ordering .

Awful. Classic burger was cold and gross. Watermelon Feta salad had a single piece of feta on it. Sweet potato fries soggy cold and wet. The Watermelon Chill smoothie was somehow disgusting. The employees are absolutely miserable with their jobs and it shows. The bathroom is also gross.

What happened to this place?! The restaurant space is not clean, the menu is repetitive and the quality of the food is poor! I’ve not been in a while because of the pandemic and was so disappointed. It was a favorite of mine, sadly, won’t return. B.Good is now B.Bad.

The burgers were okay, but the lady at the front who was taking our order was a whole mood and clearly did not want to work. The manager was very nice but he basically did her whole job for her. The lady at the counter also forgot our fries and didn't even know how to ring up a basic chicken sandwich and it didn't look like she wanted to learn either. Without her it would be a 4 star rating from me.

I I drove more than half an hour to arrive on time to order a "GOOD FOOD" Sunday it's 6:39 pm I got to the door the boys just looked at me and laughed when I tried to open the door a girl was trying to tell the other boy why was THE DOOR closed and he just laughed again it was a bad experience to come here for nothing.

Clearly they are under new management after the pandemic. There was 3 people eating, no line and food was cold and order not correct. I will not be returning. Seemed like young kids with no interest in working or cooking. Unbelievable turnaround from a year ago.
Rude rude customer service. I got a berry smoothie, a sticker from a fruit was in my smoothie. I almost swallowed it. I showed it the front desk attendant and before I could even ask for a new one, he took the sticker and the smoothie, shoved them in the trash and went about his business. I had to ask for a new one, I had only taken a couple of sips from it. He brought the new one without a straw, so I had to get up once again to ask for one, as they don’t have them available for customers to grab. He almost threw it in my face. I was not rude at all, asked with a please and thank you. Not a single word came out of his mouth at any point during our whole interaction.

I have enjoyed B Good before but today's lunch was a disappointment. Burgers were ordered medium rare and arrived well done. Ketchup was everyplace in the wrapper except the burger. Finally the fries were under cooked, soggy and wet. I know this place can do better but $30+ for 2 burgers isn't worth it if the orders come like this.

This has to be the most overcooked chicken sandwich I've ever (tried) to eat. In fact, all three of the chicken sandwiches we ordered (different menu items but all made with chicken) were completely dried out and inedible.Not sure if they were having an off night or what, but I can't recommend a place that can't even grill chicken correctly.

YUMMY! I’ve been ordering from B Good Cranston RI and it’s always been delicious but to goby it was EXTRA good! I got the Kale Harvest salad and yumm yumm yummm it was perfection. Here’s all that’s left! Thanks to the team during such a busy season for putting together a wonderful dish ♥️

Terrible service! Walked in, saw three different families sitting at tables waiting for food. Couple in front of us waiting at the register to order. They stood there for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged them, they walked out…we followed behind! People at tables still waiting! This place has gone downhill.
