Accessible, kinda. Didn't check the bathrooms. There's a line out the door. Inside the door are barrier straps to direct the line and they aren't wheelchair-friendly widths or angles.The counter is fairly visible from a wheelchair, but there's a ton of merchandise on top of the counter so it's impossible even for those standing up to make eye contact with, or lip read, to interact with the staff. Our go to spot for a sweet treat! Just wish they offered more dairy free options! I love the coconut but would love to try a new flavor.Kids enjoy choosing different toppings every time we visit.
