No more samples? And the red headed young girl has NO CLUE what she’s doing. Worked a busy Saturday night and gave us less Yogurt than anyone else was getting and less of each topping too. I was baffled. We got a large and she didn’t fill it properly. Then we got a cookie butter filling and she BARELY gave us a scoop, and then when it came to the coconut she gave us a few SPRINKLES of it. She shouldn’t be working there or she should have better training.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Very limited. The store is very small and while you could bring a wheelchair in, you’ll be crammed for sure.

I'm so obsessed with Pinkberry. The customer service is always spectacular and the treats always make my day better. The young people working always suggest great combinations and I'm happy repeat customer. Love the food, love everything!

Accessible, kinda. Didn't check the bathrooms. There's a line out the door. Inside the door are barrier straps to direct the line and they aren't wheelchair-friendly widths or angles.The counter is fairly visible from a wheelchair, but there's a ton of merchandise on top of the counter so it's impossible even for those standing up to make eye contact with, or lip read, to interact with the staff. It's hard to make decisions on what you want because you can't really see all of the toppings as you move through the line, which led to, "aww! I would have liked to have added that!" The selections were broad, though.Combine all that with the other anxious people in line and the obvious exhaustion of the staff for a fairly uneasy experience that could easily be mitigated by a simple accessibility assessment.The establishment was nice and clean, with indoor and outdoor seating at different heights and with different types of chairs.The yogurt itself was quite perfect! Be sure to enjoy the mural in the alley beside the building.
So tasty, got the pomegranate with cheesecake bites and mango boba’s . Place was very clean.

We took our 11 year old daughter here for a treat. She wanted vanilla and they didn’t have it. She is picky so we asked to try a flavor. The girl who waited on us said they weren’t giving samples. I told her that we couldn’t buy without trying because it would be wasted if she didn’t like it. She chose to lose our business rather than make an exception to the rule. My daughter was very disappointed
