“Great food, good beer variety, cool place! The chicken and waffles was probably the best non-traditional take on it that I've ever had. Although I was skeptical at first, the dill pickle relish was a delicious addition to the main sweet and spicy flavors. Very highly recommended!“
“My fiance saw this restaurant on Phantom Gourmet. We decided to take a road trip from Manchester NH to Warwick RI. The trip was definitely worth it. The food was outstanding. The staff was very nice and so excited that we had driven all the way from NH. We will be back in the summer. Thank you Artie and “
“Chomp in Providence earns a solid 4.75/5 stars. The dog-friendly outside and the good draft menu make Chomp a must visit. The food quality is impressive, with some items standing out as truly great, while others are still quite good. Overall, a delightful dining experience.“
“Ordered the meatball sandwich for delivery, as well as the cinnamon sugar pretzel. The meatball sandwich was heavenly- salty with the cheese, but sweet when dipped in the marinara sauce. The meatballs were juicy and delicious. Portion looked a bit small at first, but actually ended up being perfect. Would definitely buy again.“
“Haven’t been in a long while but remembered liking it when I came. Came with a friend who is gluten-free so we decided to share everything listed as GF on the menu.So glad I tried the chicken breast with mashed potatoes. Au jus sauce so the gravy is GF too ; SO good. Highly recommend, to anyone. Not just GF people. The chicken was perfectly marinated and they split it in half for us when we said we were sharing. They start you off with bread which is obviously gluten so I got to eat two of those because she can’t. Whipped butter was a nice touch.Hope they don’t take the chicken dish off the menu or change it. It’s perfect. Will be recommending that to everyone. The appetizer we ordered was fine. Like Cambodian style agedashi tofu instead of Japanese style. It was listed as tofu fries so I found the shape to be a little boring. They could be more fun if they were sliced in another half long ways. Served with Thai style sweet chili sauce.Wedge Salad was better and the chicken was fantastic.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options were great, even as someone who can eat gluten“
“We were touring around Providence, RI and we came across this place. Good thing that we did. This place is popular. There was a crowd when arrived and had to wait for a while. The food we ordered was delicious. The service could have been better as we were sat in the back room. We were not visible from the main room. Nevertheless, the service was decent but the food was tasty. Would recommend this place if you are in town“
“This place is mega popular and had a bit of a wait, but the staff was friendly and they would even come to your car to tell you your table is ready.I had the Shakshuka and upgraded the home fries to add mushroom and Boursin cheese. It was an incredible dish. Garlic bread was mega garlic, but I love that. The bathroom had Princess Bride playing (ICONIC) and a MILLION pez heads of different characters. (Pic) - What a cool surprise.“
“Mostly a bar with a reasonable selection of sandwiches and salads. Serves breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast was good. Eggs and bacon were cooked properly and the pancake was also fine. Pancake syrup was imitation. Nothing outstanding but also nothing to complain about. Service was quick and friendly but the place was almost empty at noon on a Saturday. Price was low.“
