We had good customer service, but the ice cream is not worth the price paid. There are a lot of great places that have just as good if not better flavors for less. Won't be returning....

i came in and purchased a cake from the display recently and we just finished it today. it was the best ice cream cake we have ever had. i also purchased a cone for my younger sister and she dropped it. the two young girls were so nice and made her a new one. this place is great and has some of the best ice cream ever.

Came in today and had an AMAZING experience. Although I had quite a complicated order, the employees were extremely kind and patient especially the one that was taking my order, she had braids in her hair! Overall 10/10 experience, definitely coming back!

I went here for the first time this weekend. The service was great and I just wanted to post here to congratulate the three girls working around 7:30 pm. The store was decently busy and they handled every situation and customer perfectly. The girl that served me had curly hair in a pony tail and was very delightful. Will be coming back, ice cream was delicious and service was great!

I completely understand the other reviews about not feeling welcomed. Same here my first time. Then Ben protested and that motivated me to return & give it a 2nd try. Since I did not get the persons name I will be as specific as I can - today June 6th between 1-2p - I had the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. They had a ponytail and wore glasses & were very delightful. The way they interacted both with just myself but my child. And not just us. The customer service was consistent with every single person who entered or was sitting eating. It felt very personal & reminiscent of going to your local mom & pop ice cream stand. It’s people like them that make small moments like this unforgettable.

They were competitively priced, showed up on time, and took care of everything.
Just left the shop. The girl there is amazing. She gave me a suggestion on a shake last time I was here and greeted me today like I come in every day. She remembered me and even asked how my son was doing. This will definitely be my go to shake place thanks

0 stars. The girls are super rude in the evening. Immediately got an attitude with me while taking my order. I also felt rushed. I asked for a shake and I basically got a cup of milk… was not thick at all… and she knew but she just didn’t care. Rudest people ever.

Came in at 9:20, for a few cups of ice cream to go, felt immediately like I wasn't welcome and was being rushed out. The ice cream was served so sloppily that the lids didn't fit the cups and the employee just threw them into the bag anyways leaving me a huge mess and ice cream that was barely even edible anymore. For spending $65 dollars on ice cream I'd expect it to be better. Definitely won't come back here again.
