Ask for a fresh cone. The ones in case are stale and horrible tasting. Sadly all I wanted for lunch was an ice cream cone and the one I got from the case was horrible. Need fresh ones all the time.

I came in with my children and my wife. Very happy enjoying the weekend with my family. We were the first in line standing waiting to be served and a woman said who is next and I said us and she told us in a very bad way what do you want. He looked at my children badly and at me and my wife. Then he told my son not to put his hand on the glass simply because he was pointing his finger at the ice cream he wanted. Very bad experience and very bad treatment. I have found out that I am not the only one who has complained about that lady.
the old lady working thursday at 10pm told my friend that he and his peanut allergy is holding up the entire line and that he should go in the back of the line so she can serve everyone who walked in after us. was the hiring manager running low on applicants or what cause who hired this woman lmao

9 dollars for ice cream is a complete joke. You can buy a pint for way less. The shakes are horrible , more milk than ice cream and there is a cranky old geezer that works there!

Was excited to go in and get an ice cream around 9pm Thursday night. Extremely shocked when it was my turn and the old white lady working was just staring at me and didn’t say a word… I proceeded to say my order then she kept hitting me with smart remarks… like when I pointed for the chocolate bowl and asked if I can please have one she answered me with “you mean the waffle” in a disgusted face. Then when she asked what flavor, I told her “cookies and cream please” then she said “you mean sweet cream and cookies” literally staring at me like If i was stupid I swear. Had a really bad attitude then said “it’s gonna be a while I’m the only one working “ no need to be rude about it tho. Ice cream shops are supposed to be nice and friendly.. here is anything but that. Really disappointed! Ice cream was mid and expensive..

I ordered delivery and had gotten the brownie sundae. They kindly put the brownie and toppings in the side, but unfortunately the brownie was rock hard. It was wrapped in plastic wrap and separate from the ice cream so it was cold or frozen, I’m not sure if it was just very old or extremely burnt. It wasn’t edible.
