I’ve given this place multiple chances, but the pickup experience continues to be extremely disappointing. Today I placed a coffee pickup order and ended up waiting 40 minutes for it. The carry-out waiting area is completely disorganized, and customers are left standing around without being acknowledged or given any updates.
Sat outside during a decent day. Food was alright. Husband asked for steak medium and it was basically well done. (He’s not one for wasting food so he just ate it). My hot honey fried chicken benny was not bad, but not great. Lattes were decent.
We also both had upset stomachs after eating here tho, so it just feels like we won’t be back.

I got the breakfast burrito, hme fries,and Portuguese hash everything was great,the burrito is big and stuffed with eggs, potato, onion ,avocado and tomatoes.

Kaffeology is a visually stunning place perfect for Instagram, with friendly staff and a beautiful interior that make it a great spot for a delightful meal or a break. The food quality is consistently outstanding, with delicious berry pancakes and tasty lattes. Customers also enjoy the apple pie chai, which is described as AMAZING, and the breakfast sandwich, noted for being very filling. Some dishes, like the hot chicken benedict, have lacked flavor, and the regular coffee does not offer free refills. The small size of the restaurant might not be very comfortable, but the welcoming atmosphere and attractive decor make it a must-visit spot. The staff, especially those like Jay, are praised for their warm personalities, adding to the overall positive experience.
