Brewed Awakenings Coffee House Cranston

I have been to a few locations. Admittedly, I am not a person that enjoys coffee. That has not changed, however, while the food is good, it's the kind service and comfortable atmosphere that make this place. I was able to chill with an old friend for quite some time and no one was pushy about being there. Jordan was not our waitress, but she came by to check on us, take our dishes away, and offered a kind smile. There aren't many places these days that solely try to get you in, feed you, and then push you out for the next customer. My friend and I appreciated that.

While visiting family in the are, we were looking for a coffe place and found this one. The coffee and service were great. Seems like a very popular place and we could have easily just hung out but had places to go. Highly recommend!!!! Note: we only got coffee, which was great, but it looks like they have a very nice selection of food as well.

I drove from New Jersey to meet some friends. When I walked into this place, I didn’t want to leave. I wish New Jersey had places like this. The decor is amazing and appealing and draws you in for us coffee lovers and those that enjoy fellowship with friends over coffee. Finally. As a Jersey shore lover, they have Açaí bowls!!!
You won me over… great coffee and Açaí? Heaven on earth!

I recently discovered Brewed Awakenings, and I am hooked! I visited the Cranston location. The staff was so friendly. The cafe was spotless, and Paul, the manager, is so warm, welcoming, has a stellar personality, and completely makes my morning. It's been tricky trying to find a solid cup of iced coffee that has all of the bells and whistles. I shared with Paul my favorite flavors, and he immediately whipped up the perfect cold concoction. It was my first time trying coldfoam! It is by far the best iced coffee I have ever had. Pictured is brewed Smores iced coffee with Oreo cold foam, crushed oreo cookies, and a smidgen of chocolate syrup. 10/10 recommend. I'm already looking forward to my morning cup.

Ehhh got a wrap and it was over cooked. Dry as hell. This was a month ago. Yah not sure if it was a rookie chef or someone in training. So it was small like - umpa lumpas would have that for breakfast and be upset.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Paul, the manager at Brewed Awakenings on Pontiac Ave, is truly exceptional. Every time I walk in, he greets customers with genuine warmth, a friendly smile, and an energy that instantly lifts your day. He goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of, and you can tell he genuinely cares about both his team and the people who come in.

Paul’s attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to providing top-notch service is unmatched. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, he makes the experience personal and memorable. It’s rare to find someone who can balance efficiency with kindness so effortlessly, but Paul does it with grace and consistency.

Brewed Awakenings is lucky to have him, and so are we as customers. Keep being amazing, Paul—you set the bar high for what great customer service should look like!
