The workers were too busy talking to complete my order. It took almost 10 minutes whiles my kids waited. Very frustrating. Wish I could take my tip back.

I always meet hook-ups here… it is a great place to meet someone and have coffee and tea. It is a good spot to meet people.

Large menu with a nice variety of both drinks and food items. Loved my breakfast sandwich with fresh tomatoes. Cozy sitting area as well as tables and a counter.

My wife and I was at Brewed Awakenings in Cranston on Sunday, May 10, 2026 ( Mothers' Day). We went to the order counter and waited about 5 minutes to be greeted and place our order. Meanwhile, a blond young woman, who obviously was a waitstaff, was having a long conversation with another young woman. It was clear that they were friends and just talking. After waiting for several minutes, I walked over to them, politely interrupted their conversation, and asked if someone was working the order counter. The blond woman became clearly annoyed and rudely responded that she was working the whole counter. She then continued her conversation with the other woman. Another 2 minutes or so went by and as we were about to leave, another wait person came out from the back, greeted us, and took our order, while the blond woman continued conversing with the other woman. I gave this review 2 stars only because the young lady who ended up serving us was polite and courteous. We were going to stay and also order some food, but didn't feel comfortable, so we left after getting our coffees.

Actually gross...this place has gone downhill so quick. Ordered $40 of breakfast food/drink. I went to pickup my order and noticed the worker doing the food- who had really beautiful long, loosely curled hair, has no hair net on at all- after waiting at the designated pickup spot for several minutes before being acknowledged, I was given my food. My PB toast was so soggy when I went to pick up a piece, it's flopped and everything fell off. I then finally took a bite and pulled out a long, blonde hair which had to belong to the worker doing the food. I was totally disgusted- I sent feedback to the store asking for a refund because for $10, the toast was inedible

I would say it's the smallest location of the the ones I've been to (Johnston and warwick). It's cozy, staff are great and plenty of space for small groups.

We placed a large order and when I called Paul the manager answered. He is an absolute peach! Not only did he label every order with our names, but my coworker was late to pick up because her car was acting up and he called our work after she was very late to pick up because he wanted the best quality for our food. The food is delicious and so were the drinks! He was sweet, attentive, and wanted to give us the best possible products. It was our fault we were so late however everything was still outstanding. Highly recommend Brewed and ask for Paul!
