Ordered 3 orders of fish and chip and 1/2 dozen of clamcakes. When I arrived home and opened my order all I received was three pieces of fish and the 1/2 dozen clamcakes. Two pieces of fish were undercooked and had to be placed in the microwave to finish cooking. I love Chelo clamcakes but these were gross like they sat around and were reheated. When I called they say it was my fault I didn't get the fries. The website said I had to choose a side so I picked coleslaw. So the say that replaced the fries. Well when you order fish and chips that means you want fish and fries the coleslaw is the side not the fries. If someone wishes fish only they would order fish not fish and chips. The manager was extremely rude on the phone. I will never step foot in the restaurant again.

Staff was great, order came quickly, food was disappointing. I ordered calamari to go, the bag felt very light. When I got it home, barely enough calamari for one person and they fried the pepper rings too, making it look like there was more calamari. Disappointing!

These kids at the front desk don’t know how to do their job. Everytime I come in to pick up my order they just stand there as if I didn’t just walk in. Very annoying. Where’s the customer service? There’s always like 4-5 of them standing there not even assisting.

We had a delicious dinner topped off with an amazing Sundae.Robert was our Waiter and he was phenomenal! He was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything and if everything was okay.The waitresses were pleasant, the restaurant was very clean. The food is always good here. I have been going to Chelo's for many years. Their food and service have usually been fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised to see them join Open Table. Now I can make reservations and avoid the wait. Tuesday night was fantastic! My wife and I both had the grilled Salmon and it was prepared perfectly.

My family and I have been going to Chelos for years and never had bad service until today. Came by myself and sat at the bar. I was completely ignored for 20 mins, flagged someone down to get a drink. I waited another 20 mins for someone to ask me if I wanted to place a food order. I would have understood if it was a busy night but it wasnt. Very disappointed

We visited the Chelos in Cranston always good very busy so the food is Fresh. I had the all you can eat chicken dinner on Sunday it the special of the day. It was Excellent chicken was awesome salad and pasta were on point. Have to say the fries we a real disappointment they were not fresh soggy so they been sitting around for a while not good at all

Terrible staff to boot.They seem to think their good reputation means they can screw up and all is forgiven. Lived in Garden City for 48yrs. All done with a place I once considered a staple.
