Every single time i go there the staff is absolutely miserable and never have ANYTHING no sour cream no quac etc.i never write reviews ever but i had to say something it’s gotten to that point.will never go to this location again due to the absolutely horrible staff and lack of selection they have. bajas it is.

Food was descent, service was just okay but the condition of the eat in restaurant is bordering on gross. Filthy, dirty, unkept and just all around not a place you want to sit down and eat or eat from at all. The restrooms are barely usable, grimey, visibly filthy and smelled foul. Surprised sanitation department hasn't paid this location a visit yet or ordered to clean.

This place sucks. I always come in around 9 and it always looks like they are closed even though they close at 11. They always run out of things whether it be rice, lettuce, or proteins.They always seem pissed off that you come in even thought it's their job and they always skimp out when they make bowls. Food is good but service here is terrible. Just go to post road instead.

Never again with this location. I ordered from the app. 2 out of 3 burrito bowls were made wrong. One was missing guac (guac is an extra cost) and had sour cream and cheese randomly added to it. One had no protein (it was supposed to be a hot honey chicken bowl). The side of chips was a super small portion and almost laughable. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely getting disgusted with this place. They give out the most tiniest portions EVER. and when you ask for a little bit more they charge you extra!!! Your not giving out the right amount in the first place. And the sauces they don't even give enough of that they are ripping people off. I don't get how this place is still in business with how they operate this location. Time for a new team there, they are screwing way to many people over and they are absolutely absolutely rude !! and it needs to be fixed. Sooner or later they will lose way to much money. They lost me and my husband we will now be going to another location. Our food was definitely not worth the 35$ we just about spent. Absolutely disgusted with what they charged us.

I placed a takeout order. I arrived at the pick up time, it wasn’t ready. That’s fine. So my kid and I patiently waited for 10 min. When it was ready I went over to get the bag but noticed the large chip I paid for wasn’t there. They always forget at least one thing, so it was expected. Instead of interrupting their conversation that was 5 people deep for 15 min at this point, I walked over and took a pre-made bag. One girl got loud while hustling around the counter saying, “EXCUSE ME!” I look around and realize she’s popping off at me. I replied, “yes?” “Did you pay for that?!” Like a gargoyle of the chipotle chips, she snatched the bag out of my hands. I said, “I’m sorry. Im not trying to steal a bag of chips.” And laughed. She then glares at my receipt (which states I indeed paid $3 for stale bland chips). Another girl proceeds to apologize for her behavior because “a lot of people steal the chips.” I’ve been buying from this chipotle for 5 years and the entire time there’s always something missing. Not a single accurate order. Ask anyone who lives or works in Cranston. WE KNOW something will be messed up. But now y’all wanna throw hands over chips?! Calm down. Your chips suck and aren’t worth the price, that’s why people steal them. But I’m the dumbie that freaking paid for them and got an attitude.

The food was good, but I only got about 5 chips in the bag. Considering how much they cost, I was ripped off. Chipotle is so hit or miss nowadays. Some days you don’t get more than 3-4 bites of chicken, other days you don’t get any chips. This is just another location I won’t be going back to.
