As other posters have mentioned, food tastes great, portions are small and the tables and floor are disgusting with food, dirty napkins and spills AND the garbage is overflowing. IS THERE A MANAGER? THE STORE NEEDS MANAGEMENT. NOT SURE IF IT EXISTS. Seems like a bunch of digitally preoccupied teens swiping and texting, that can not be bothered to look up and check out the filth of their store. I'm embarrassed for them. When I mentioned the overflowing garbage to someone (who had been texting right in front of customers) she assured me that it was OK and they were busy...š...I was there for an hour...maybe 15 customers tops? I want to eat there but it is so sloppy!!! OWNERS, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

I had to wait for someone who spoke English. Food was cold and portions very small half scoop off meat. Tables need to be wiped down. A lot of staff very loud couldnāt hear my conversation.

I love the food but the last time I went in it was all teenagers working and they were rude and not giving out proper portions . They acted like it was an inconvenience that I was ordering food there....this happen frequently at this location

There always seems to be something wrong at this location and seems overall poorly managed. I've been coming here for years due to the location but the past three years it keeps getting worse...
There is usually a shortage of basic menu items (e.g. carne asada, steak, guacamole, rice, roasted veggies) due to staff not managing food prep timing properly. They also struggle with cleaning the tables.
Come on Chipotle, up your game! If you don't want franchises, you gotta provide some accountability.

Go to Bajas! We walked in at 7pm to every table being filthy and the trash cans overflowing. Figured they were short staffed so gave the food a chance. At least 50% of the food options were empty - no chicken, no fajita veggies, no guacamole. I asked for chicken and the server looked at the ācookā and he said. No. And shrugged his shoulders like he couldnāt care less. My bowl was literally half full due to not having half the ingredients available. Something to note is that they were not short staffed. Far from it. A lot of staff just standing around while the restaurant was filthy and trash overflowed. If you own this franchise I strongly suggest taking a good look at your business before you donāt have one!

Place is a DUMP with a capital D!. Service was absolutely horrendous, the teenagers making the food are rude, customer service is non existent. I suggest take youāre money to Bajas down the road, they actually make youāre food on time and care about making sure the customer is taken care of.

I've been to quite a few different chipotle locations and this one is by far the best one. Every person there seems to really want to be there. They are all attentive and friendly and the food is always hot, fresh and served quickly.

Now I am not one to complain as I work in retail customer service as management and understand that things happen and mistakes are made but when I ordered a bowl online for pick-up I go home to find out that my bowl had two filled tortillas (in a bowl) with the completely wrong items and with only 2 correct items. It looks like someone was eating it and then put it in my to-go bag or messed up and just went with it without fixing it. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to orders. I have never been impressed or 100% happy with the service I receive but my order has never been wrong like this. I will just have to go 15 minutes out of the way to go to a different location. I honestly wonder who manages this place, because obviously with the other reviews Iām reading they need to be replaced or undergo management training and on how to properly train employees.

I witnessed the āNo beansā 4 times incident of 2025 as I was the guy behind him. Genius. Poor guy had to deal with 3 beans in his bowl. And how do you not have a water cup. You really arenāt allowed to give out a larger sized cup to drink tap water but can sit on your phone while you are making peoples food. Worst chipotle ever.

Employees are staring down at phones the whole time. Asked for no beans four times and got beans. Asked for a water cup and they said they didnāt have any, then wanted me to pay for a soda cup to drink water. They made no action to correct mistakes. Bad Chipotle.

If i could put a negative star for service i would. Every single time i go there the staff is absolutely miserable and never have ANYTHING no sour cream no quac etc.i never write reviews ever but i had to say something itās gotten to that point.will never go to this location again due to the absolutely horrible staff and lack of selection they have. bajas it is.
