Food coffee it's Duncan do you expect I've got a little tired of the same old coffee everyday but it's my go-to Dunkin' Donuts coffee every morning I go here everyday for the past 8 years so I need my coffee to get going every morning the people are great here I know everybody it's a small Nick community a very friendly wouldn't change anythingParking: There's parking plenty of parking you'll always get a spot but drive through is always packed on Coffee hours morning lunch
The workers are not knowledgeable about the Dunkin offers and just treat people like dumb. I will never visit this location

They used to make them fresh all day long because they were made here on Reservoir Ave. But just like everything else in this world the Donuts are stale after 5 PM.

Ordered 2 things and got both orders wrong and when I called to check what was wrong they said they didn't have a lot of donuts left but still had the ones I ordered then hung up on me.

This lot would be better off having less entrances and exits and having directionals.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been to I asked for a hot coffee regular sugar and cream with coconut and caramel the Cambodian girl taking my order got mad because nobody orders that coffee but I always do in every dunking donuts in Rhode Island . It was too early in the morning for this behavior if you don’t want to do your job don’t come to work and if you understand what the customer is saying try to task again don’t insult the customer

I and my colleagues have made a few visits to this location. We will never again. We suggest the location be avoided until action is taken. The management has the lowest standards we have ever seen in a business of hospitality. There is a worker named Amanda, a short girl with colored hair, about age 30. This employee has created an unsafe and very uncomfortable atmosphere including extreme verbal abuse and obscenities against employees and customers, threats, racism, bigotry, and false accusations. This has traumatized people. Do not bring your kids here. The atmosphere is extremely uncomfortable when this employee is working. We have witnessed the employee threatening people to leave or she will call police for complaints or disagreements with her. If the situation escalates, threats and obscenities will be shouted so loud that the entire restaurant comes to a stop and people leave. Several other people have confirmed what we saw. It's very sad the other workers have to be affected by the actions of this employee. But the only way to get this employee removed is to boycott this location. It may be convenient to you but safety, equal treatment, and respect of workers and customers is much more important. There are over 150 people who have joined us in the boycott of this location. The management of the Reservoir Ave. location must be held complete accountable for the continued employment of this worker Amanda. More people continue to join the boycott and it will continue until this employee is terminated and not allowed to return. Some have also discussed lawsuits resulting from interaction with this employee. We say every action should be taken to make it clear to management and ownership that the actions of this employee will never be tolerated. If the location continues to lose business or closes, the workers never deserve that, but the management and ownership does. We recommend the 24 hour Dunkin inside Sunoco at 2003 Post Rd. in Warwick.

I made a large order where I was given a burnt bagel and croissant. I called to advise about it and was refused new bagel and croissant because I threw the inedible food in the trash. She gave me an attitude and refused to provide me with new items due to her negligence. On our call she knew it was burnt and said the machine was working that way. She knowledgeably provided burnt food to consumer risking a health hazard and on top of it lacking accountability for her mistake. I will report this location and open an investigation.
