I would like to thank the manager and the crew member who prepared my replacement order.
After I submitted my complaint, the manager called me and kindly offered to remake my order. When I went to the store, she was very welcoming, respectful, and professional. She took the time to make sure everything was right.
The crew member who prepared my drink also did an excellent job. My drink was absolutely delicious and exactly how I had hoped it would be.

The coffee and iced coffee are consistently good, and the location offers ample parking, though the drive-through can be busy during peak hours. The establishment is also kid-friendly, with milk and orange juice available.
