My grandma went out for an appointment this morning and she never gets out. Decided to stop at this Dunkin and got 50 ASSORTED MUNCHKINS. She got 2 boxes of 25. One box was all chocolate and glazed and the second box was all pumpkin. Real niceeeeee I guess whoever took the order doesn’t know the definition of assorted. Save your time and money and go to another Dunkin.

I have a heart condition and I love the taste of coffee so I order decaf. I have yet to receive decaf from this location and it genuinely ruins my drinking experience and the rest of my day. They cannot be so careless because you could truly harm someone. This is not okay. Please pay attention to your stickers and make sure when someone orders decaf you serve them decaf. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Awful service. The kids working spent all their time chatting with school friends at the walk up window. No acknowledgement at the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes before I lost it! I was told to just leave. Dry rude person!

This particular location is great. They get my order right and it's ready in a timely manner. I don't use the drive thru, but some improvements could be made, since cars leave so close to the front door. A sign warning drivers of patrons leaving should be put up.

Ordered the $6 breakfast meal, and wasted money. The sandwich was pre made, 1 strip of dry bacon, along with a dry egg, and the croissant was the hard, along with the tater tots. Coffee was good though.
I don’t understand how a companies motto is “ America Runs on Dunkin” but yet they can never get your order right.. it’s simple.. frozen coffee with caramel and whipped cream.. roasted pepper chicken wrap.. 25 count munchkins.. food is served still half frozen I have to take it home and cook it myself.. they must not know how to count bc they only gave me 20 munchkins.. and my frozen coffee was horrendous! I don’t know why I keep wasting my money here with this company hoping they will get it right one day but everyday is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

This Dunkin Donuts location is for some reason has the worst customer service. I either get a different order or I get a whole new meal that I did not order. Where this location is situated is a hot mess from going through the drive thru and leaving through the exit, good luck letting a car letting you pass.
