Just had another delicious meal at Minh Hai. The food is fresh and absolutely wonderful -- worth waiting for! Recommend the vermicilli bowl, and the seasoned rice plates -- beef and pork are both to die for. Another favorite is the tofu and eggplant dish. Thank you!
Enjoyed myself a lunch alone at this local business. Cute lil mom and pop shop and it was phenomenal! I ordered #1, the extra large pho with extra meat. The soup was perfect and the portion with extra protein had me so full! Loved the amount of onions they put in and the flavor was delicious. Will be returning next time I have a craving for pho. Coming from Lowell, I have very high expectations. Minh Hai exceeded them. I HAD to order myself springrolls and eggrolls to go lol
We got the pho, it was amazing. It seems like it's a 2 person operation so don't expect a quick in and out. But the food was worth the wait.
