I went this morning to get a green tea and the customer service is just trash but what ever I just wanted the tea then next thing you know the guy working the drive through had hands lookin like he was playing in the dirt like this guy just came out the dumpster and handed me my tea I didn’t even want it so unsanitary I had to go to another dunkin to get it remade never going here again cause these people will just hire anything or anyone #gross #unsanitary#goelsewhere

OMG - NEVER Go here . Ive been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years and lately it is the worse!!! Drive thru takes about 15-20 mins. Today was the ultimate worst. I waited at the window for 6 mins. The lady at drive thru was “on a call” and left nobody to cover !! You can hear all the other employees swearing up a storm in the background Never will i go to that dunkin EVER ! Horrendous!!!! No apologies for the wait. Who Manages this place seriously?

some guy decided it would be funny to torment my dog barking and showing him food, mind u they didn’t even get my order right either waited about 10 minutes for just a bagel with cream cheese on the side and hashbrowns gave me 3 knives but no hashbrowns, definitely don’t recommend this dunkin very immature staff and definitely have no idea what they’re doing.
Walked in to get a coffee during my afternoon walk only to hear a Caucasian woman speaking to another employee referring to him or her or just saying the N word in conversations. No thanks!

They never ever get an order correct!!!! We have not gone here in about 2 months because of it. Once my egg and cheese was cold and when we got on the highway i had to toss it and go to another one. We asked for 2 egg and cheese and got 2 egg and cheese with SAUSAGE!!!!! Really! Is it such a tough job. Good luck to whoever owns this store!!! 7/7/23... NOW THEY CHARGE $1.00 FOR A CUP OF ICE EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE BUYING A SODA!!!!!!! NO other dunkin does that!!!

I would rather this store lower if I could. I visited about 10 minutes ago. Specifically ordered a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese ON IT. I also purchased a medium DECAF iced coffee with 4 salted caramel syrups, 4 creams and extra salted caramel cold foam. The coffee was a regular coffee, with barely any cold foam on it, it tasted burnt and bitter. The plain bagel and cream cheese was tossed in the bagel, cream cheese on the side. Will not be returning to this location again.

I waited over ten minutes inside. Multiple people saw me never acknowledged me or said anything at all. I stood in clear view , there was even someone in front of me prior to coming in which I stood behind. I watched them take care of every car in the drive through that came after me and ignore me. I opened the door said thank you loudly everyone of the workers looked at me and said nothing as I let the door close behind me. This same scenario has happened more then once to me at this location

Burnt bacon.. coffee was wrong after she tried correcting it THREE times and then she was mad at me bcuz SHE made it wrong.She mistakenly charged me for a large but then continued to remake it in a medium. Mean and rude. These employees are always miserable every time I go in here. Go find a different job if this isn’t what you want to do.
