This place is pure magic! Casey is above and beyond helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. He helped me to pick out a variety of unique cheeses and extras for my charcuterie board. I learned so much, too! These are cheeses of high quality and rich taste that you could never find in a grocery store. Highly recommended Effie’s oat biscuits and any of the truffle cheeses. Yum! Edgewood is the place to go for charcuterie newbies and pros alike - Casey will take good care of you!
