My wife and I have had the privilege of knowing Cheyne and Erika for sometime now. We consider them good friends. More than that, they are great people, warm and welcoming. The environment they have created in such a small place cannot be replicated, it is more than just a brewery, it is an experience.
Cheyne and Erika are amazing humans. You can see the passion they poured into the new brewery space on W Fountain. Cheyne makes some amazing beers in a variety of styles. Every time to talk to him you know he truly wants to make a great product. He’s his own worst critic, always striving to make process changes etc better.
Fantastic local brewery making innovative beers, with a delectable line of low-ABV brews and beer hybrids with wine and cider. A must-visit brewery.
