My wife and I lived in Providence for about two years, 2020-2021, and we were very happy when Moniker opened that winter. It was still the height of COVID and we were ecstatic to have a dog friendly brewery open up just a few blocks from home. We (me and all my friends) love this place. The beer is great, everyone is friendly, the space (both indoor and outdoor) is cozy and great for socializing in big groups or small, or for just meeting new people. They even host cute popups, and sometimes there are even fluffy dogs you can pet! I'm surprised I haven't left a review for Moniker. This is my favorite brewery in Providence, for a few reasons. One is their focus on lagers. Tasty, refreshing, easy-drinking lagers. Secondly, the vibe is just right, with a fun, diverse crowd, good music, good food on site or a short walk away. There's a huge outdoor beer garden, good inside space, and great beers. Do you need more than that?
