I love this place! The girls here are always extremely friendly and willing to provide the best service possible. The flavors and large topping selection are fantastic and you get a lot for the price you pay. The smoothies here are also super good. Highly recommend!

Mediocre at best. The service is very mechanical and robotic. The whole one price for toppings and one price without is weird now and weighing the ice cream/frozen yogurt…Really what ice cream shop weighs ice cream?! Fill the damn cup up, especially if I say I’m not getting toppings right off the rip. The prices keep going up but the quantity and service quality are going down, just like everything else in this country. Truly sad.

A good yogurt place -- good texture and flavors, and the toppings are fresh. Expensive, but a bit cheaper than ice cream (especially if you include the toppings). The main thing I wish were different is that it would be great if you could serve yourself and then have the price be based on weight (though I can imagine a number of reasons why they don't do this here). Overall, a nice treat.

The best ones are the seasonal ones. I went for the mango lemonade and they removed it. They have few options and they also serve the glass half full without topping.
I guess the girl decided she wasn’t gonna continue my order half way through or something. Her other coworkers had to remind her that she was taking care of a customer (me) after she continued to help the next 3 customers. The girl was ridiculously CLUELESS!

I love pinkberry! I drive down occasionally to Providence & always stop here. I have the hazelnut frozen yogurt, it’s always so good. Prices are fair. It’s in a plaza with multiple stores around, very nice atmosphere. It gets really busy come night time.
