I never write reviews — especially against a small business. But I think it just needs to be addressed to their employees that the customers are their paychecks. Came here on Monday, July 21st at 7pm. The guy waiting on us with brown hair really just needs to be spoken to or maybe just get a new job. He is absolutely miserable and extremely rude. We had 3 small children (oldest was 7) and he had the least patience I’ve ever ever seen with children. We love it here but this guy put a bad taste in our mouth and likely won’t be back.

Really really good ice cream was worried about milkshake so I ordered a cone as well and husband ordered the strawberry cheesecake special so good! All of it!

There aren't many year round ice cream places around here, and they make pretty good sundaes with lots of options and picnic tables out back on the edge of the bike path, so you can go for a walk after your dessert.

Walked in at 9:05 and there were 2 other people in front of me that their orders were being worked on. I waited an additional 5 minutes before someone looked at me like if I had 5 heads and stated they were closed. Why not pay attention if it’s that strict of a closing time and say something as soon as I walked in? Very rude. All I wanted was a cone with 1 scoop.

Wow I been going here for years and for what the ice cream cost they are ripping people off by barely giving ice cream. I got 3 kiddy cups that were empty and 2 brownie delight which was also empty. Not coming back.

Real pistachio ice cream with real pistachios in it. Not that fake green stuff.

I’ve been going here for years and there appears to be a change in ownership. This is the same delicious ice cream but portions are noticeably smaller and each portion is carefully weighed. I still love the Bees Neez though!

Great service but a banana split quickly turned into mush. After a few spoonfuls and eating as fast as possible to avoid having a completely melted ice cream it just turned into some kind of weird ice cream soup. I did not ask for soft serve as I have never had to ask anywhere for hard ice cream on a banana split but I assume they prepare banana split with soft ice cream 🤮Also, it was 60 degrees and I live 5 mins away so I cannot blame weather or distance. Will never be back. Thanks but no thanks.

I've been coming here for yrs and since the previous owners wife has left, it's gone to crap. I got a soft serve tonight and I was like, where's the ice cream. Was told a soft serve is 2 swirls. Ummm it was one swirl in a cup size that made it look like I had no ice-cream. Boy was she a B! And the soft serve doesn't taste the same as it used to. Cutting corners for sure but they've definitely become cheesy with the portions.

I walked in 1/11/25 for some ice cream & noticed there was only one person working. She was very polite and apologetic when talking to us explaining she was backed up. Understandable - we waited for our turn, not only did she make the best sundaes she was never once rude or frustrated with the amount of orders she had. I will definitely be back! Thank you.

The best ice cream in cranston and they are open year round. The owner is wicked nice
