I have been a loyal customer since the original owners were here, and unfortunately, my recent experience has made me reconsider returning. To the young woman with black hair who laughed at my question and continued discussing it with other employees, as well as the older employee who appeared unhappy and the staff member who assisted me—your behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. It showed a lack of respect not only for your customers but also for the business you represent. When I approached you and addressed the remark directly, you seemed surprised and did not stand behind what was said. That only made the situation more disappointing. For future reference, interactions like this can drive away long-time customers. After years of supporting this establishment, I am left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this behavior and emphasizes the importance of professionalism, accountability, and respect toward customers. I would appreciate a response from a manager regarding this incident. As a long-time customer, I believe this matter deserves attention, and I would like to know what steps will be taken to address these concerns and prevent similar experiences in the future. Very disappointing experience.

Extremely rude older women that serves ice cream. Was getting fed up that customers kept getting in and rudely told all the customers and in front of her employees that she wasn’t making any more whipped cream and wasn’t making any more shakes. Extremely rude and unprofessional I’ll never go back. And I just reading this

Every time I order DoorDash, they mess the order up.It's honestly disappointing, get the management in operation right. Because right now it's not right. And I ordered alot. I'll update as things progress or get worse. Disappointing for a local staple. One star.

Ice cream sundae was so good. My husband and daughter also enjoyed everything.

Worst ice cream experience I’ve had. The lady working the counter was unbelievably rude — she literally tossed the cups at me without even offering spoons or a bag to carry them. On top of the terrible service, the prices are ridiculous: $16.25 for one small (1 scoop) and one medium (2 scoops). Way overpriced for what you get. This was my first visit and it will definitely be my last. And please don’t tell me that you are going to communicate with the team , bc nothing gonna happen

I used to love to come here with my daughter, but an encounter with the owner was rather sour. I parked in their lot so that my 3 year old could ride her scooter on the bike trail for a couple minutes, and the owner came over and told me I couldn't park there because they were about to open in a few minutes. No big deal at all, totally understand that. I re parked down the road and let her ride around a few minutes. We popped by the ice cream shop at the time he said they were opening for some ice cream, and they were closed. I found the owner outside and asked him if they were open and he then back peddled and said they didnt actually open for a few hours. He claimed he 'didnt remember' they opened at that time because he owns another store that opens at noon, and that he was going to 'flag us down' but didnt bother. It was weird and unnecessary to tell a blatant lie to a mom and her small child. Won't be returning as a patron. I will go to dairy twirl- they are great and extremely friendly. The owner there is lovely. He once gave my daughter a huge free ice cream because I forgot they were cash only.

I never write reviews — especially against a small business. But I think it just needs to be addressed to their employees that the customers are their paychecks. Came here on Monday, July 21st at 7pm. The guy waiting on us with brown hair really just needs to be spoken to or maybe just get a new job. He is absolutely miserable and extremely rude. We had 3 small children (oldest was 7) and he had the least patience I’ve ever ever seen with children. We love it here but this guy put a bad taste in our mouth and likely won’t be back.

Really really good ice cream was worried about milkshake so I ordered a cone as well and husband ordered the strawberry cheesecake special so good! All of it!
