“Jovani’s pizzeria has great pizza and meatball sandwiches and thank god they don’t seem to put lousy onions in meatballs, I’m allergic to onions . But to dine in don’t recommend it cause no cups straws or ice. More of take out or delivery. Times I gone in to get meatballs and pizza the Greek guy was friendly, but most Greek guys I’ve known are friendly not snooty .“

“So, last night I needed to have a business meeting with a business partner that wanted to stay out of downtown after working all day in the city. We chose Hangry Kitchen, just 6 minutes from downtown. So much that I could say about the meal. But I will summarize it. I asked if I could get a side of tomato juice for my beer. (Yeah beer and tomato juice is amazing). They did not have any canned or bottled tomato juice. THEY JUICED SOME TOMATOS! The rest of the meal was just as memorable. “I’ve been here a few times for lunch, and it never disappoints. Most of the time I order the chicken parm sandwich and fries. It’s always been good, every time I’ve ordered it.
They have a pretty extensive menu of Italian-American style food. A lot of pasta, sandwiches, pizza, etc. I’d never tried the pasta, but we’ve ordered pizza before, and it’s pretty good.
Whatever I’ve ever ordered from here, no matter what, it always comes out piping-hot, which is great.
The chicken parm sandwich was no exception, the super crispy chicken cutlet was crispy on the outside, and tender and flavorful inside. It held up very well to the lava hot marinara sauce it was covered with, and the mozzarella cheese-pull was the best. This place is definitely in my rotation of chicken parm sandwich spots.
The inside of the restaurant has weird decor. I guess it’s supposed to look like somebody’s grandmothers living room. I guess it does sort of. There’s a bunch of random old photos and items on the wall that makes it look dated.
The food is usually really good though, and I will definitely be back for more chicken parms.“

“Had dinner there last night before the show at the Stadium Theater. The stuffed mushrooms were some of the best I ever had and could be a meal all itself. Great fish and chips and the bartender made a perfect dirty martini! We have been to many shows at the Stadium and always saw this place but just never went for whatever reason.
