“I recently gave my son a catered event for his 40th birthday. We had 15 family members that could make it. He chose a week when he was renting a beach house at Bonnet Shores and decided to have the birthday meal there.. I reached out to O'Shucks catering with those details to confirm a date. Sean, the manager, emailed me asking for a time to for a call to walk me through how the ordering process worked.
He called promptly, and followed up when I told him of the items and quantities I thought would work from their menu. He advised me to reduce the amounts of a few items as I was ordering too much for our group.
The menu and Sean's help made everything work flawlessly.
We had the party last night and the comments from everyone were so positive that I wanted to write this review this morning.
The raw oyster and shrimp cocktail presentation made an impression on all and were delicious. Shrimp were firm and delicious and the Rhode Island and Maine oysters both were great as were the steak tenderloin, swordfish, stuffies, stuffed mushrooms and clam chowder. We added some veggies, Mac and cheese (for the kids) and a salad. We each had our favorite item and there was enough for seconds.
By the way the delivery was by Sean (don't know if this is always the case) and was on time. What a bonus!!
