“I sent my 89 yr old Dad currently in a nursing home some cookies for his 89th Birthday. There were two failed attempts to deliver. I called and spoke to Abigail, she was able to call the delivery company and find out they had the address off by one number. She took care of the problem and my Dad finally received his cookies! She was so helpful and kind to me, in spite of my frustration! Great customer service and cookies delicious! Thank you Abigail for saving the day!“

I’d like to kindly suggest implementing measures for guests with peanut allergies—such as using different colored scoops for peanut flavors and placing all peanut-based ice creams together to reduce cross-contamination risk.
