I have called corporation multiple times. The service and products are always good, but I'm concerned about the staff's knowledge about the products. I get herbal tea, and it is always put in a styrofoam cup. Herbal teas dissolve the styrofoam, and I end up with red stains all over everything my cup touches. I would like to see proper cups for the right drinks. Other than that, doing great!
