Why are you calling Asiago Bagels, “Bagels?”
They are more like rolls. The first time I noticed, I thought the lady just grabbed the wrong items. The second time, I realized they aren’t even close to a bagel. I’m curious, why? Why aren’t they bagels and why are you calling them bagels, finally, why don’t the employees explain that they aren’t bagels? Do you need money? OMG. We eat at Panera home in Florida and figured it was a safe choice on vacation in RI. They were training a new girl up front but still there were 3 others taking orders. Ordered a Cuban , no Cuban bread for it so sub focaccia, they were out of that also. Ended up with Asiago. Sides offered were French baguette or apple chips.
