9 Best Pizza Restaurants in East Greenwich

“Took my wife, son and daughter in law here for son's birthday dinner Saturday night; it was fairly early, so the bar/nightlife crowd hadn't arrived yet. Service was casual, but excellent.

Menu choices are limited, but can't fault them for that, since they are more of a bar/pub. Nevertheless, they had some interesting choices, like the bourbon steak tips that came with mashed potatoes and some of the best brussels sprouts I've ever had. The steak tips were tender and flavorful, although cooked medium rare, when I'd requested medium.

The other members of our party seemed to enjoy their orders as much as I did. I'm not big on sports, but they did have some cool memorabilia on the wall, including an old poster from The Strand Theater for a concert from the early 90s (back when I would have been bar-hopping). The atmosphere was relaxed (we went about 7 p.m.), and they played a cool mix of music that included classic rock and 80s music, although the music volume was a tad loud, but then again, I guess I'm getting to be an old fart.“

“The food was okay, nothing special. We ordered a meal that was "all you can eat". We were each served a dinner plate with a piece of chicken, some French fries and pasta. It was a lot of food. We did not order more as we couldn't finish what was on our original plate already. We asked for a take out container to take home what was left of the pasta on our plates. We were told no that they would rather throw it away. I'm shocked. We did not order more. We simply wanted to take home what we were already eating. I will not support a local restaurant that intentionally throws away food. So I'll spread the word that maybe this may be a restaurant that you don't want to support either.“

“all I can say is WOW! Im not easily impressed by any restaurant. Main Sail Kitchen blew me away! The mussels were the best I've ever had. I could eat them every day of my life (order extra bread to soak up the delicious sauce) thr shrimp is poached well and is the size of a lobster tail. I ordered a caprese sandwich but I have no idea how ill eat it! Deanna was my server and her recommendations were so on point. what a great addition to Main st eg!“

“If you can have the redhead make your drinks she's amazing!!! Came in pretty late and ended up staying later than close they were all sooooo nice about it and she had the best personality. The wings were delicious and the espresso martinis she made were the best we've had.“
