“This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered fries and a pepperoni pizza. The fries were good, hot and fresh. The pizza was very good. It was a thicker crust but not Sicilian thick. A very nice sauce and plenty of cheese. And the people working were some of the happiest I have ever run across. “We drive FAR out of our way to hit this particular DePetrillo's bakery. In our opinion (and we have tried all locations MANY times) they have the best chips, strips and general bakery items. Not sure why the food here is so much better. It is though.

If you're in PVD, it's worth the extra 20-25 minute drive to Chepachet. Just stay right on RT 44. Also, check out the antique shops and unique stores in Chepachet.

To all you Karens with your 1 star ratings give them a break - nothing is perfect all the time, they are one of the few real mom and pop business around and they work their a**es off. “First off I would like to say that I’ve been getting takeout for many years at Santoros, usually pizza, hot weiners, or the Italian grinder. I am very picky on certain foods and Steak grinders are one of them. My husband made me try a bite last time we ordered takeout and I thought it tasted good. So this week I ordered one the Steak cheese mushrooms and onion! And I have to say that it was the best steak grinder I’ve ever had. This has become my favorite off the menu. Yum“

With the cost of eating out getting more expensive I find the prices here are more than reasonable and the quality 1000 times better than any of the national chain fast food places.

“For starters. This place has good food. If your looking for a bite to eat near Rt6 In Johnston it's not a bad place to consider.
I've only had 4 items on the menu. BLT, french fries,sweet potato fries and veal parm. So far all of them have been great and always the same when I return so don't have to worrie about it not tasting the same next time.

The place is small inside
For some reason they have a dining area and booths but don't allow seating. This forces everyone to stand in the waiting area. Basically elbow to elbow.

They can get very busy during the evening so expect a wait time ushally 15-20 mins.

Otherwise great food and friendly staff.
They even fixed a discrepancy with a sandwich as fast as they could for me and had no problem going above and beyond for there customer.“

January 14, 2024 we ordered a pizza that was undercooked with the toppings just falling off, burnt onion rings that melted the styrofoam container along with the container that had chicken tenders contaminating them.
