Hello, my name is Anthony and I would like to share the experience I had today , I went to the Dunkin doughnuts on Pawtucket ave Riverside, on this day of Christmas, but they were just closing so I started to leave and I saw the owner and his wife talking out back, so I stopped to ask if there was another dunkin open and we got into a conversation about his store and his customers.. he and his wife were so nice to me that when I told them all I wanted was a dozen donuts they offered...read full review
Awesome staff and speedy service!!!! Mike Barbosa the Manager is always willing to help with organizations and donations.
Great service is easy to recognize, but genuine kindness is unforgettable. Yari represents both, and she’s the kind of employee any business would be proud to have.

However, a customer had an issue with a chai latte but was met with complaints from an employee, making the experience less enjoyable. Despite this, the staff remade the drink with no problem. Another customer mentioned that their daughter's frozen hot chocolate tasted like coffee, leading to a 3-star rating. There is also a concern about the drive-thru line overflowing onto the street, posing a potential safety hazard that needs to be addressed. Overall, Dunkin' is appreciated for its usual awesomeness, but there are some areas that may need improvement.
