The girl at the drive through was extremely rude, she was extremely unfriendly to me and to her fellow staff members. I was there around 345pm, was unable to get the girl's name. Worst service ever.

If I could I would give them no stars.. Practically everytime I walk there they have a sign saying drive thru only.. I understand being short staffed.. but everytime.... it just seems when certain ppl work they r to lazy to work the front. Because when u look in there r plenty of ppl there..

I love Dunkin, but I've been to this particular spot twice in the last week. First, I ordered two donuts, chocolate glaze and pumpkin. Not too hard, right? I got a glazed donut and a pumpkin, so what? It was one mistake, I can respect that. Then, the next time I went, I ordered (very clearly) 25 munchkins split between CHOCOLATE glaze, jelly filled and pumpkin. Three flavors. I got regular glazed, powdered and cinnamon. Really? Is it that hard? So frustrating! o.O

this dunkin has the worst customer service i've ever received, there is NOT one friendly face. don't expect a greeting or a "have a good day" out of these workers. God forbid one of them smiles at you. i don't know who trains this staff but they need attitude adjustments asap.
