Just went here with my mother, she goes to this Dunkin everyday because it's the closest to her house. Went through the drive thru, she order our drinks, gave the girl at the window her card, a receipt with a free drink and a dollar tip for the girl. My mom got her receipt and the girl never took the free drink off! My mom questioned it and the girl said that my mom never gave her the free drink receipt only the card and tip and argued with my mom! So unprofessional!
The last thing people want first thing in the morning before they even get their coffee is someone at their window harassing them for money and cigarette's.
The best dunkin do uts I've been to. Very helpful and friendly staff and speedy service!!
